Web Design
We design and build custom websites that load quickly, explain what you do in seconds, and turn visitors into calls, form fills, and orders.
Where this fits in the funnel
Pages that load quickly
Compressed images, lean code, and sensible hosting keep Largest Contentful Paint, Interaction to Next Paint, and layout shift within the ranges Google recommends.
Clearer paths to contact
Each page leads to one primary action, with calls, WhatsApp, and forms placed where visitors look, on both phones and desktops.
A site you control
You own the domain, hosting access, code, and design files, and your team can update pages and posts through a simple editor.
What Web Design involves
Most small business websites fail for ordinary reasons. The pages load slowly on a phone. The homepage talks about the company instead of the customer's problem. The contact button is hidden below three sliders. We design sites that fix these basics first. Every page gets one clear job, a plain headline, and an obvious next step, whether that is a WhatsApp message, a call, a quote request, or a purchase.
We start with wireframes so structure and content are agreed before any visual design begins. Then we build a small design system of type, color, spacing, and reusable components, so the site stays consistent as it grows. The build is hand-tuned for Core Web Vitals, tested on real phones, and launched from a staging environment. You get a site your team can edit without calling a developer for every change.
Deliverables you can point to
Discovery and sitemap
We review your current site, competitors, and search data, then map every page, its purpose, and how visitors move between them.
Wireframes for key pages
Low-fidelity layouts for the homepage, service pages, and contact flow, so structure and content order are approved before visual design starts.
Design system
A documented set of fonts, colors, spacing, buttons, forms, and components in Figma that keeps every page consistent and speeds up future work.
Responsive page designs
Full mockups for mobile and desktop, reviewed with you in rounds, covering each page template and states such as menus, forms, and errors.
Front-end development
Clean, semantic HTML, modern CSS, and minimal JavaScript, built on the CMS or framework that suits your team, content, and budget.
Core Web Vitals tuning
Image compression and modern formats, lazy loading, font loading fixes, caching, and script cleanup, measured with Lighthouse and field data where available.
On-page SEO setup
Title tags, meta descriptions, heading structure, schema markup, XML sitemap, robots rules, and Search Console verification completed before launch.
Analytics and form tracking
GA4, conversion events for calls, WhatsApp clicks, and form submissions, plus spam protection and delivery tests on every form.
How the work runs
Discovery call
We learn how you win customers, what the current site gets wrong, and which actions matter most. You receive a written scope, timeline, and custom proposal before work begins.
Structure and wireframes
We draft the sitemap and wireframe the key pages. You review the layout and content order, and we revise until the structure is agreed and ready for design.
Visual design
We build the design system and design each template for mobile and desktop. Feedback happens in set rounds, with comments collected directly in Figma, so decisions stay organized.
Build and test
We develop the site on a staging server, load real content, and test across browsers, screen sizes, and devices. Forms, tracking, speed, and accessibility basics are checked against a launch list.
Launch and handover
We go live during a quiet traffic window, verify redirects, tracking, and indexing, then train your team on editing. Ongoing maintenance is available if you want us to look after it.
What to expect, and when
Typical pacing for this kind of work. Your plan sets exact dates, and we tell you early if anything is slower than expected.
Discovery
Goals, audience, sitemap, content inventory and technical requirements. SEO baseline recorded before anything changes.
Wireframes and design
Page structure first, then visual design in your brand. You review real screens, not abstract mood boards.
Build and content
Responsive build on staging, copy loaded, forms and tracking wired up, speed and accessibility checks.
Go live safely
301 redirect map, final QA, launch, Search Console checks and a handover session. Support continues after launch.

Web Design FAQ
How much does a custom website cost?
Pricing starts at $6,500 per project. It depends on the number of page templates, the amount of content, integrations, and whether you need ecommerce or multiple languages. We do not publish fixed packages because the scope varies so much between businesses. After a discovery call we send a custom proposal that lists exactly what is included, the timeline, and the payment schedule, so you can compare it fairly.
How long does a website take to build?
Timelines depend on scope and on how quickly content and feedback arrive. A small brochure site moves faster than a large site with many templates and integrations. We give you a written schedule with milestones in the proposal. The most common cause of delay is waiting on copy, photos, or approvals, so we plan for those early.
Which platform will you build on?
We choose based on your needs, not our preference. WordPress suits most content-led business sites. Shopify or WooCommerce suits stores. For very simple or very fast sites, a static build can be the better choice. We explain the trade-offs in cost, editing experience, and maintenance before you commit, and you keep full ownership of whichever platform we use.
Who writes the content?
Either of us can. Many clients supply rough notes and we turn them into clear page copy, or our writers produce it from interviews with your team. We need accurate facts about your services, areas served, and process from you. Content is the most common bottleneck, so we agree on who writes what during the wireframe stage.
Will the new site rank on Google?
We cannot promise rankings, and you should be careful with anyone who does. What we do is build the technical foundation properly: fast pages, clean structure, correct tags, schema, and a sitemap submitted to Search Console. That gives your content a fair chance. Ongoing SEO, content, and links are separate work that builds on that foundation.
