01

A steady publishing rhythm

Posts, captions, and videos move through the same pipeline on a fixed schedule, so output no longer depends on who has a free afternoon.

02

One idea, many formats

A single approved article is turned into social posts, an email summary, and a short video script automatically, each formatted for its channel.

03

Quality kept under control

Review gates, fact-check prompts, and a style guide built into the pipeline catch generic or inaccurate drafts before they reach your audience.

What Automated Content Systems involves

Publishing consistently is hard for a small team. The ideas exist, but the work of researching, drafting, formatting, finding images, writing captions, and scheduling eats the week. An automated content system takes over the production line. It pulls topics from a plan, generates drafts and assets, formats them for each channel, and queues them for approval. Your team reviews and edits instead of starting from a blank page every time.

We are careful about what this is. Fully unattended AI content tends to be generic and is sometimes wrong, and both readers and search engines notice. So every system we build has review gates: a person approves topics, checks facts, and signs off on the final piece before it publishes. For low-risk formats you may choose lighter review, and we will explain the tradeoff. The system supplies speed and consistency. Your expertise is what makes the content worth reading.

What is included

Deliverables you can point to

Topic and keyword queue

We build a prioritized topic list from keyword research, customer questions, and your service pages, stored in a sheet or database that feeds the pipeline.

Blog drafting pipeline

We set up a workflow that produces an outline, a draft, meta tags, and internal link suggestions for each topic, then saves it as a draft in your CMS.

Social post generation

We create channel-specific captions, hashtags, and image or carousel layouts from each approved piece, using templates that match your brand fonts and colors.

Short-video pipeline

We generate scripts, voiceover, captions, and stock or branded footage assemblies for vertical video, rendered from templates and queued for Reels, Shorts, and TikTok.

Human review gates

We add approval steps at topic, draft, and final stages, with a simple approve, edit, or reject action in email, Slack, or a review board.

Fact and originality checks

We include automated checks for unsupported claims, duplicated passages, and banned phrases, and flag anything that needs a source before a reviewer sees it.

Scheduled publishing

We connect the pipeline to WordPress or your CMS, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other channels through their official APIs, with posting times and frequency limits.

Performance feedback loop

We pull traffic, engagement, and lead data back into the topic queue so that formats and subjects that perform get more slots and weak ones are dropped.

Process

How the work runs

Set the editorial rules

We agree on audiences, topics, tone, claims you can and cannot make, and who approves what. These rules are written into the prompts and the review checklist.

Design the pipeline

We diagram each stage from topic to published post, choose the tools for drafting, rendering, and scheduling, and decide where review gates sit for each format.

Build templates and flows

We create the prompt sets, design templates, video templates, and automation workflows, then connect them to your CMS and social channels using accounts you own.

Pilot with full review

We run a pilot batch with every item reviewed by your team and ours. Edits are tracked and fed back into prompts until drafts need only light changes.

Run, measure, adjust

The system publishes on schedule. We monitor errors, review performance each month, refresh the topic queue, and retire formats that do not earn attention or leads.

Questions

Automated Content Systems FAQ

Can the system run with no human involved?

Technically yes, and we advise against it for most content. Unreviewed AI writing can contain errors, repeat what is already online, or miss your tone, and that can hurt trust and search performance. We build review gates in by default. For low-risk formats, such as reposting an approved quote, lighter review can be reasonable, and we will set that up if you choose it.

Will Google penalize AI-generated content?

Google's published guidance focuses on whether content is helpful and original, not on how it was produced. Content made mainly to manipulate rankings, at scale and without value, is against its spam policies. That is the reason for human review, real expertise, and topic selection based on what your customers ask. We cannot promise rankings, and nobody honestly can.

What tools does the pipeline run on?

Typically an automation platform such as n8n or Make, a language model for drafting, a template-based image and video renderer, and the official APIs of your CMS and social channels. We choose based on your volume and budget. Everything is set up in accounts you own, so the system keeps running if you later manage it in-house.

How much of our time will review take?

Pricing starts at $3,500 per build. It depends on volume and how specialized your subject is. During the pilot, expect to edit more heavily while prompts are tuned to your voice. After that, review is usually a matter of checking facts, adjusting a few lines, and approving. Technical, medical, legal, or financial topics need closer review by a qualified person, and we plan for that.

What does an automated content system cost?

Pricing starts at $3,500 per build. Pricing is scoped per project through a custom proposal. The main factors are the number of channels and formats, whether video is included, the integrations required, and whether we operate the system or hand it over. Model usage, rendering, and platform subscriptions are billed by those providers. We estimate those monthly running costs in the proposal.
