01

Higher click-through from search

Title tags and meta descriptions are rewritten to state the benefit clearly and match the query, so more searchers choose your listing.

02

Pages that match intent

Content format, depth, and structure are aligned with what ranks for the query, whether that is a guide, a comparison, or a service page.

03

Stronger internal linking

Priority pages receive more contextual links with descriptive anchor text, helping search engines understand their importance and topic within the site.

What On-Page SEO involves

On-page SEO is the work done on the page itself: the title that appears in search results, the headings that organize the content, the copy that answers the query, and the links that connect it to the rest of your site. It is not about repeating a keyword a set number of times. Search engines now evaluate whether a page satisfies the intent behind a query, so the job is to make each page the best available answer.

We begin with the search results. For each target query we look at what currently ranks, what format it takes, and which questions it answers. Then we compare your page and close the gaps. That may mean rewriting a title tag, restructuring headings, adding a missing section, merging two competing pages, or improving how other pages link to it. Changes are logged with dates so their effect can be measured in Search Console.

What is included

Deliverables you can point to

Title and meta rewrites

Unique title tags and meta descriptions for priority pages, written within display limits and tested against click-through data from Search Console.

Heading structure

One clear H1 per page and a logical H2 and H3 outline that reflects the subtopics and questions searchers expect the page to cover.

Content gap fixes

Missing sections, definitions, steps, pricing context, or FAQs added where top-ranking pages cover something yours does not, written in your voice.

Internal link plan

A map of which pages should link to each priority URL, with suggested anchor text, plus fixes for orphan pages and broken internal links.

Image optimization

Descriptive file names and alt text, correct dimensions, modern formats such as WebP or AVIF, and lazy loading for images below the fold.

URL and canonical review

Short, readable URLs recommended for new pages, canonical tags checked on existing ones, and redirects mapped for any URL that must change.

Page-level schema

Article, Service, Product, Breadcrumb, or FAQ markup added where it matches visible content, following Google's structured data guidelines.

Change log and tracking

Every edit recorded with date and URL, then monitored in Search Console for changes in impressions, position, and click-through rate.

Process

How the work runs

Select priority pages

We use Search Console to find pages ranking just off the first page, pages with high impressions and low click-through, and pages central to revenue.

Analyze the results page

For each target query we review the ranking pages, the search features shown, and the dominant intent, so we know what kind of page Google rewards.

Write optimization briefs

Each page gets a brief listing title and meta changes, heading outline, sections to add or cut, internal links, and schema, reviewed with you before edits.

Implement changes

We make the edits in your CMS or hand finished copy to your team, keeping brand voice, legal wording, and conversion elements intact.

Measure and iterate

After search engines recrawl the pages, we compare before and after data, keep what worked, and revise titles or sections that did not improve.

Questions

On-Page SEO FAQ

Is there an ideal keyword density?

No. Search engines do not reward a specific ratio, and writing to a density target produces awkward copy. Use the main term naturally in the title, H1, and early in the copy, then cover the topic thoroughly using the related terms and questions a knowledgeable person would include. Completeness and clarity matter far more than repetition.

Does Google use meta descriptions for ranking?

Not directly. Meta descriptions are not a ranking factor, and Google often rewrites them based on the query. They still matter because a clear, relevant description can improve click-through when it is shown. We write them for priority pages and accept that Google will sometimes choose its own snippet from the page content instead.

How many pages will you optimize?

That is set in the proposal and depends on your site and goals. We usually start with the pages that have the most to gain: those ranking on page two, those with high impressions and poor click-through, and your main service or category pages. Working in batches lets us measure the effect before moving to the next group.

How much does on-page SEO cost?

Pricing starts at $1,500 /month. Pricing is scoped per project through a custom proposal. The scope is driven by the number of pages, how much new copy is needed versus light edits, and whether we implement changes in your CMS. On-page work can be a standalone project or part of ongoing managed SEO. We review your site first so the estimate is grounded.

Will you change our brand voice or design?

No. We work within your tone, terminology, and layout. Edits are shared for approval before they go live, and regulated or legally sensitive wording is left alone unless you ask otherwise. If a design element is hurting SEO, such as text embedded in images or hidden tabbed content, we explain the issue and suggest options.
