Marketplace Management
We run your marketplace accounts day to day, covering listings, catalog health, pricing, promotions, ads, and account issues on Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Etsy, and regional platforms.
Where this fits in the funnel
Every channel properly maintained
Listings, stock, and prices are kept accurate on each marketplace, so secondary channels stop being an afterthought and get a fair chance to sell.
Fewer account problems
Performance metrics, policy notices, and listing suppressions are checked routinely and acted on early, which lowers the risk of suspended listings or accounts.
Profit visible by channel
Reporting shows sales, fees, ad spend, and returns for each marketplace, so you can see which channels earn money and which only add work.
What Marketplace Management involves
Selling on one marketplace is a job. Selling on four is a department. Each platform has its own listing format, category rules, fee structure, ad system, and performance standards, and each can suspend a listing or an account with little warning. Many sellers end up with one well-kept channel and several neglected ones, where listings are incomplete, prices drift, and stock counts are wrong. Neglected channels rarely sell well, and they create customer service problems.
We manage marketplaces as ongoing operations, not one-off setups. That means adapting listings to each platform rather than copying them across, keeping inventory and prices in sync, watching account health metrics, handling promotions and ads, and reporting profit by channel after fees. We cover Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and Etsy, plus Daraz in Pakistan and Noon in the Gulf where those markets fit your products. We also tell you when a channel is not worth your effort.
Deliverables you can point to
Channel fit assessment
We compare your products, margins, and logistics against each marketplace's fees, category rules, audience, and competition, and recommend which to enter, keep, or leave.
Account setup and approvals
We handle seller registration steps, category and brand approvals, tax and shipping settings, and required documentation for new marketplaces, including Walmart's application process.
Platform-specific listings
We write titles, attributes, and descriptions to each platform's format, such as eBay item specifics, Etsy tags, and Walmart content requirements, rather than reusing Amazon copy.
Catalog and feed management
We maintain product data in a central sheet or feed tool, map attributes per channel, fix rejected items, and keep variations and categories consistent.
Inventory and price sync
We connect stock and pricing across channels through your inventory system or a multichannel tool to reduce overselling, and set price rules that protect margin.
Marketplace advertising
We manage Amazon Sponsored Ads, Walmart Connect, eBay Promoted Listings, and Etsy Ads, with budgets set per channel according to margin and sales goals.
Account health monitoring
We check order defect rates, late shipment metrics, policy warnings, and buyer messages on a schedule, and draft appeals or plans of action when issues arise.
Channel profitability reports
We deliver a monthly report of sales, fees, ad cost, returns, and contribution by marketplace and by product, with recommended actions for the next period.
How the work runs
Assess channels and margins
We review current accounts, product costs, fulfillment options, and fees per marketplace, then agree which channels to prioritize and what each one needs to be viable.
Centralize product data
We build a master product file with titles, attributes, images, identifiers, and costs, so every channel is fed from one accurate source instead of scattered spreadsheets.
Launch or repair listings
We create or rework listings channel by channel, resolve errors and suppressions, confirm categories and variations, and check that each item is live and searchable.
Connect operations
We set up inventory and order syncing with your systems, define pricing rules, schedule promotions, and start advertising on channels where the margin supports it.
Manage and report
We handle weekly listing, ad, and account health tasks, respond to platform notices, and report monthly on channel profit with clear keep, fix, or drop recommendations.

Marketplace Management FAQ
Which marketplaces should we sell on?
It depends on the product, margin, and where your buyers are. Amazon has the broadest reach and the most competition. Walmart Marketplace is selective and suits established US sellers. eBay works well for parts, refurbished, and collectible items. Etsy fits handmade, custom, and vintage goods. Daraz and Noon matter if you sell in Pakistan or the Gulf. We assess fit before recommending any channel.
Do you handle fulfillment and customer service?
We do not store or ship products. We help you set up and manage fulfillment programs such as FBA and Walmart Fulfillment Services, or connect your own warehouse or third-party logistics provider. For customer service, we can monitor buyer messages and draft responses within platform time limits, while refunds and product-specific decisions stay with your team unless agreed otherwise.
Can you help if our account or listings are suspended?
We can help, without promising an outcome. We review the notice, identify the root cause, gather documents such as invoices, and draft an appeal or plan of action in the format the marketplace expects. Reinstatement decisions belong to the platform. Our routine account health monitoring is designed to catch warnings before they become suspensions.
How do you prevent overselling across channels?
By syncing inventory from a single source. If you have an inventory or order management system, we connect each marketplace to it. If not, we recommend a multichannel tool suited to your order volume. We also set buffer stock rules for fast sellers. Sync delays exist on every platform, so buffers matter most for items with low stock.
How is marketplace management priced?
Pricing is scoped per project through a custom proposal. It depends on the number of marketplaces, the size of your catalog, how much listing work is needed at the start, and whether advertising is included. Marketplace fees, ad spend, and software subscriptions are paid directly to those providers. We show our fee separately from these costs.
