Analytics & Conversion Tracking
We set up GA4, Google Tag Manager, server-side tagging, and consent mode correctly, so leads and sales are attributed to the channels that produced them.
Where this fits in the funnel
Numbers you can trust
Conversions are defined once, tracked once, and checked against your CRM or order system, so reports match what actually happened in the business.
Smarter ad platform bidding
Accurate conversion data, including enhanced conversions and offline imports, gives Google Ads and Meta better signals to optimize bids toward real customers.
Measurement that respects consent
Consent mode and a properly configured banner mean tags fire according to each visitor's choice, reducing legal risk without abandoning measurement entirely.
What Analytics & Conversion Tracking involves
Marketing decisions are only as good as the data behind them. Common problems include conversions counted twice, form submissions tracked as page views, ad platforms and analytics that disagree, and nobody being sure which number to believe. We fix that at the source. A measurement plan defines what counts as a conversion, and a structured Google Tag Manager container sends clean, consistent events to GA4 and every ad platform you use.
Privacy rules and browser restrictions have made tracking harder. We implement Consent Mode v2 with your cookie banner so tags respect user choices while Google can still model conversions where permitted. Where it fits, we add server-side tagging to reduce reliance on third-party cookies and improve data quality. UTM governance keeps campaign naming consistent, and dashboards in Looker Studio give your team one view of traffic, leads, revenue, and cost.
Deliverables you can point to
Measurement plan
A document listing business goals, the events and parameters that measure them, naming conventions, and which events are marked as key events in GA4.
GA4 configuration
Property setup covering data streams, cross-domain tracking, internal traffic filters, data retention, referral exclusions, custom dimensions, audiences, and links to Google Ads and Search Console.
Tag Manager build
A clean Google Tag Manager container with a documented data layer, named tags, triggers, and variables, folders by platform, and version notes for every publish.
Conversion tracking
Tracking for forms, phone clicks, chat starts, purchases, and bookings, sent to GA4, Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok with deduplication where needed.
Server-side tagging
A server-side Tag Manager container on your own subdomain, with GA4 and the Meta Conversions API routed through it for more durable data collection.
Consent Mode v2
Integration between your consent management platform and Google tags, passing ad storage, analytics storage, user data, and personalization signals, tested in each consent state.
UTM governance
A naming convention and shared link builder sheet for source, medium, campaign, and content, plus channel group rules so traffic is classified consistently.
Looker Studio dashboards
Dashboards that combine GA4, ad platform, and CRM data to show spend, leads, revenue, and cost per acquisition by channel, with date and campaign filters.
How the work runs
Audit current tracking
We inspect your GA4 property, Tag Manager container, ad pixels, and consent banner using debug tools, listing missing events, duplicates, broken triggers, and consent problems.
Agree the plan
Together we define conversions, event names, and parameters in a measurement plan. Developers receive a data layer specification for anything that needs code on the site.
Implement and configure
Tags, triggers, and variables are built in a workspace, GA4 is configured, consent mode is wired to the banner, and server-side tagging is deployed if in scope.
Test and validate
Every event is tested in preview mode and GA4 DebugView across consent states and devices, then compared with CRM or order records before the container is published.
Dashboards and handover
We build the dashboards, walk your team through reading them, hand over documentation, and schedule periodic tracking checks so site changes do not quietly break data.

Analytics & Conversion Tracking FAQ
Why do GA4 and Google Ads show different conversion numbers?
They count differently. Google Ads attributes a conversion to the date of the ad click, while GA4 reports it on the date it happened. Attribution models, conversion windows, consent rates, and cross-device behavior also differ. Some gap is normal. A large gap usually points to a setup problem such as duplicate tags or missing consent signals, and that is what we look for.
What is server-side tagging and do we need it?
Instead of each vendor's script sending data from the visitor's browser, the browser sends one stream to a server container you control, which forwards it to GA4, Meta, and others. It can improve data quality, page speed, and control over what is shared. It adds hosting cost and complexity, so we recommend it mainly for businesses with meaningful ad spend.
What does Consent Mode v2 do?
It passes each visitor's cookie choices to Google tags. If consent is denied, tags adjust their behavior and do not store advertising or analytics cookies, and Google may model some conversions where rules allow. Google requires it for advertising features used with visitors in the European Economic Area and the UK. It works alongside a consent banner, not instead of one.
Can you track leads that close offline?
Yes. We capture the click identifier and UTM values with each form submission and store them in your CRM. When a lead becomes a customer, that outcome can be imported back into Google Ads and other platforms as an offline conversion. This lets bidding optimize toward revenue, not just form fills. It needs CRM access and some field setup.
How much does analytics and tracking setup cost?
Pricing starts at $1,500 per setup. Pricing is scoped per project through a custom proposal. The main factors are the number of sites and domains, how many conversion types and ad platforms are involved, whether server-side tagging is included, and how many dashboards you need. Server hosting and any consent platform fees are paid directly to those providers. Contact us by WhatsApp or email for a scope.
