UX Design
We study how real users move through your site or product, find where they get stuck, and redesign flows, navigation, and forms so tasks take less effort.
Where this fits in the funnel
Fewer abandoned tasks
Simpler forms, clearer labels, and logical steps help more visitors finish what they came to do, from enquiries to checkouts.
Design decisions with evidence
Recordings, test sessions, and analytics replace internal debates, so the whole team agrees on what to fix and why.
Consistent interface everywhere
A shared component library keeps buttons, forms, and patterns uniform across pages, which shortens design and development time later.
What UX Design involves
Good UX is not decoration. It is the difference between a visitor who finds the pricing page in one tap and one who gives up. Problems usually hide in plain sight: menus named with internal jargon, forms that ask for too much, filters that reset, error messages that blame the user. We find these issues with evidence, not opinion, and fix them in order of impact.
Our work combines analytics, session recordings, heatmaps, and short usability tests with real people. From that research we map user journeys, restructure navigation, and prototype new flows in Figma. Prototypes are tested before development, which is far cheaper than rebuilding live pages. The output is a set of annotated designs and a component library your developers, or ours, can build from without guessing.
Deliverables you can point to
UX audit
A heuristic review of your site or app against established usability principles, with each issue documented, illustrated with screenshots, and ranked by severity.
Analytics and behavior review
Funnel reports, heatmaps, scroll maps, and session recordings analyzed to show exactly where users hesitate, rage-click, or leave.
Usability testing
Moderated or remote sessions where real users attempt key tasks while thinking aloud, summarized with clips, findings, and recommended fixes.
User journeys and personas
Evidence-based profiles of your main user types and step-by-step maps of how each one reaches their goal, including pain points.
Information architecture
A restructured sitemap and navigation, validated with card sorting or tree testing, using the words your customers actually use.
Wireframes and user flows
Screen-by-screen layouts for key tasks such as signup, quote request, search, and checkout, covering empty, error, and success states.
Interactive prototype
A clickable Figma prototype of the new flows that stakeholders can review and users can test before any code is written.
Component library and handoff
A documented design system with specs, spacing, states, and accessibility notes, prepared so developers can build accurately without guessing.
How the work runs
Define the problem
We agree which tasks and metrics matter, such as form completion or checkout progress, review existing data, and scope the research in a custom proposal.
Research users
We audit the interface, study recordings and funnels, and run usability sessions with people who match your customers, then present findings ranked by impact and effort.
Map and structure
We redraw user journeys, reorganize navigation and page hierarchy, and test the new structure with quick tree tests before designing any screens.
Prototype and test
We wireframe the new flows, build a clickable prototype, and test it with users again. Problems found at this stage are fixed in hours, not development sprints.
Hand off and support
We deliver annotated designs and the component library, walk developers through them, and review the built pages against the designs before release.

UX Design FAQ
What is the difference between UX and web design?
Web design covers the look and build of a site. UX design focuses on how people use it: what they are trying to do, where they struggle, and how the structure and flows can make tasks easier. The two overlap, and a good website project includes both. UX work can also be done on its own for an existing site or app.
Do you test with real users?
Yes, wherever the budget allows. Even a handful of sessions with people who resemble your customers reveals problems that internal teams no longer notice. We recruit participants, write the tasks, run the sessions, and share recordings with you. When live testing is not possible, we rely on analytics, session recordings, and an expert review, and we say clearly which findings are observed and which are inferred.
How much does UX design cost?
Pricing starts at $3,000 per project. Pricing is scoped per project via a custom proposal. A focused audit of one funnel costs far less than full research, prototyping, and a design system for a large product. We outline options at different depths so you can start with the work most likely to pay back, then extend if the findings justify it.
Can you work with our developers?
Yes. Many of our UX projects end with a handoff to an in-house or external development team. We deliver Figma files with specs, component documentation, and notes on states and edge cases, and we stay available for questions during the build. We can also review the staging site against the designs before release.
How do you measure UX improvements?
We agree on metrics before starting, such as task completion in tests, form completion rate, checkout progression, or support requests about a feature. After changes go live, we compare against the baseline over a fair period. Where traffic allows, we run A/B tests so the effect of a design change is separated from seasonal or campaign effects.
