01

A consistent, planned presence

Your profiles publish on a steady schedule with content planned weeks ahead, so activity no longer depends on who has free time that week.

02

Faster replies to customers

Comments, messages, and mentions are monitored and answered within agreed response-time targets, with sales inquiries and complaints routed to the right person on your team.

03

Content tied to goals

Each post belongs to a content pillar with a purpose, such as awareness, trust, traffic, or inquiries, and monthly reporting shows which pillars are working.

What Social Media Management involves

Most business profiles go quiet for the same reason: nobody owns the work. Posting happens when someone has a spare hour, comments sit unanswered, and the feed stops reflecting what the business actually does. Our social media management service gives that work an owner. We build a monthly content calendar, write and design every post, schedule it on the right platforms, and watch the inbox and comments so customers get a reply.

We start with your goals and your audience, not with a posting quota. A local service business needs proof of work, reviews, and quick answers to questions. An online store needs product stories and customer content. A B2B firm needs expertise shown by its people. We set content pillars that fit your case, agree on an approval workflow that respects your time, and report each month on what reached people and what led to inquiries.

What is included

Deliverables you can point to

Profile and channel audit

We review your current profiles, bios, links, highlights, past content, and competitor activity, then list what to fix, what to keep, and which platforms deserve effort.

Content pillars and strategy

A short written strategy that defines your audience, tone of voice, three to five content pillars, posting frequency per platform, and the metrics we will track.

Monthly content calendar

A calendar delivered before each month begins, showing every post with its date, platform, format, caption, visual, hashtags, and link, ready for your review.

Captions and copywriting

Original captions written for each platform's format and audience, with clear calls to action, researched hashtags, and wording that matches your brand voice.

Graphics and short video

Branded static posts, carousels, stories, and simple edited video clips built from your photos, footage, and brand assets, sized correctly for each placement.

Scheduling and publishing

Approved posts are scheduled through a publishing tool at times suited to your audience, with links, tags, locations, and first comments set up correctly.

Community management

We monitor comments, direct messages, and mentions, reply using agreed guidelines, hide spam, and escalate sales leads and sensitive issues to your team under a defined SLA.

Monthly performance report

A plain-language report covering reach, engagement, follower change, link clicks, top posts, and inquiries, with specific recommendations for the following month's calendar.

Process

How the work runs

Discovery and audit

We learn your business, offers, audience, and goals, collect brand assets and arrange secure delegated access to your pages, and audit your existing profiles and competitors to find gaps and quick fixes.

Strategy and pillars

We define content pillars, tone, platforms, posting frequency, and response guidelines, then agree on an approval workflow so you know exactly when content arrives and how to request changes.

Calendar and production

Each month we draft the content calendar, write captions, design graphics, and edit clips. You review everything in one place, leave comments, and we revise before anything is scheduled.

Publishing and engagement

Approved content goes out on schedule. We monitor comments and messages on working days, reply within the agreed targets, and pass leads, complaints, and unusual questions to your team.

Reporting and refinement

At month end we report results against the agreed metrics, review what each pillar and format achieved, and adjust the next calendar based on evidence rather than guesswork.

Questions

Social Media Management FAQ

Which platforms do you manage?

We manage Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, Pinterest, YouTube community content, and Google Business Profile posts. We do not recommend being everywhere. During the audit we look at where your customers spend time and where your content format fits, then suggest a focused set of platforms. It is better to run two channels well than five channels poorly, and you can add more later.

How much does social media management cost?

Pricing starts at $3,000 /month. Pricing is scoped per project through a custom proposal. The main factors are the number of platforms, posts per month, how much video and custom design is involved, and whether community management is included. After a short discovery conversation we send a proposal that lists exactly what is delivered each month, so you can compare it against your budget before committing.

Do we get to approve posts before they go live?

Yes. Nothing is published without your approval unless you ask us to work that way. You receive the full calendar ahead of each month with captions and visuals in place. You can approve, comment, or request changes on individual posts. For time-sensitive content, such as news or an offer, we agree on a faster approval route so it does not miss the moment.

Who creates the photos and videos?

We design graphics, write captions, and edit video in-house. Raw photos and footage usually come from you, because real images of your team, products, and work build more trust than stock imagery. We provide a simple shot list so anyone with a phone can capture usable material. If you need a dedicated short-form video program, we can scope that separately.

How soon will we see results?

Consistency and brand presentation improve in the first month, because that is within our control. Audience growth and inquiries from organic social build gradually and depend on your market, your starting point, and how much content you publish. We do not promise follower counts or sales figures. We report honestly each month on what is moving, and we recommend paid promotion when organic reach alone will not meet your goal.
