01

Spend tied to revenue

Conversion tracking connects clicks to form fills, calls, purchases, and closed deals, so budget decisions rest on business results rather than click volume.

02

Less wasted budget

Negative keywords, placement exclusions, location settings, and ad schedules remove traffic that was never going to buy, leaving more budget for searches that do.

03

One plan across channels

Search, shopping, remarketing, and video are planned together with shared audiences and consistent measurement, so each channel has a defined job in the funnel.

What PPC Management involves

Pay-per-click advertising is simple to start and easy to waste money on. Platforms default to broad targeting, automated recommendations, and settings that favor spend over efficiency. Without someone watching search terms, bids, and conversion data every week, budgets drift toward clicks that never turn into customers. Our PPC management service puts a structured account, accurate tracking, and a regular optimization routine behind every campaign you run.

We manage paid search, shopping, display, remarketing, and video from one plan, so channels support each other instead of competing for the same credit. Budgets are set by what each campaign can prove, not by habit. Every campaign is built inside ad accounts that you own, with your billing and full admin access. If you ever move on, the history, audiences, and conversion data stay with you.

What is included

Deliverables you can point to

Account and tracking audit

We review campaign structure, settings, search terms, quality scores, and conversion actions, then document what is wasting money and what is missing before changing anything.

Conversion tracking setup

We configure the Google tag, GA4 events, enhanced conversions, call tracking, and consent mode so every platform records the same leads and sales accurately.

Campaign structure build

Campaigns and ad groups are organized by service, product line, intent, and location, with budgets separated so strong performers are never starved by weak ones.

Keyword and match-type plan

We map keywords to exact, phrase, and broad match deliberately, and build shared negative keyword lists to block irrelevant, job-seeker, and research-only queries.

Ad copy and assets

We write responsive search ads, sitelinks, callouts, structured snippets, and image assets, then pin or rotate headlines based on what the performance data shows.

Bid strategy management

We choose between manual CPC, Maximize Conversions, Target CPA, and Target ROAS based on conversion volume, and adjust targets as the data matures.

Landing page recommendations

We review the pages your ads send traffic to and give specific fixes for message match, form length, load speed, and mobile layout.

Reporting and account ownership

You get a monthly report on spend, conversions, cost per lead, and return on ad spend, plus full admin access to accounts held in your name.

Process

How the work runs

Discovery and goals

We learn your margins, sales cycle, service areas, and what a qualified lead looks like. From that we set a target cost per lead or return on ad spend the business can sustain.

Audit and tracking

We audit existing accounts and fix measurement first. Conversion actions, call tracking, and CRM connections are tested end to end so optimization is based on numbers we can trust.

Build and launch

We build campaigns, ad groups, keywords, negatives, ads, and audiences, then review everything with you before launch. Budgets start controlled and expand only where early data supports it.

Weekly optimization

Each week we review search terms, add negatives, adjust bids and budgets, test new ad copy, and pause what is not converting. Changes are logged so you can see what was done.

Report and plan

Each month we walk through results against targets, explain what changed and why, and agree on the next tests, whether that is a new channel, audience, offer, or landing page.

Questions

PPC Management FAQ

How much does PPC management cost?

Pricing starts at $750 /month. Pricing is scoped per project through a custom proposal. The fee depends on how many platforms and campaigns we manage, the state of your tracking, and how much creative and landing page work is involved. Ad spend is separate and paid directly by you to the platforms. We outline both clearly before any work starts, so there are no surprises on either side.

Who owns the ad accounts?

You do. Campaigns run in accounts registered to your business, with your billing details and your admin login. We work through manager access that you can remove at any time. If no account exists yet, we help you create one in your name. Campaign history, audiences, and conversion data remain yours whether or not we keep working together.

How long before we see results?

Ads can generate clicks and leads within days of launch, but stable performance takes longer. Automated bid strategies need conversion data to learn, and search term and ad testing need enough volume to be meaningful. Expect the first weeks to focus on gathering data and cutting waste, with steadier cost per lead as the account matures. We do not promise specific numbers.

Which platforms should we start with?

It depends on how your customers buy. Search ads suit demand that already exists, shopping ads suit online stores, and display, video, or social suit products people do not yet search for. Most clients start with one or two platforms where intent is strongest, prove the numbers, and add remarketing and further channels once tracking and budgets are stable.

Do you require a minimum ad budget?

We do not publish a fixed minimum, because the right budget depends on click costs in your market and how many conversions a campaign needs to optimize. During scoping we estimate what your keywords are likely to cost and tell you honestly if the planned budget is too thin to produce useful data. In that case we recommend a narrower starting point.
