Marketing Automation & Lead Nurture
We map your buyer journey, then build the triggers, sequences, and lead scoring that follow up with every prospect on time, without your team chasing manually.
Where this fits in the funnel
No lead left waiting
Every form fill, enquiry, and download gets a timely, relevant follow-up, even outside office hours or when your sales team is busy.
Sales time spent well
Lead scoring surfaces the prospects showing real intent, so your team calls the right people first instead of working through a flat list.
Consistent follow-up at scale
Nurture sequences deliver the same quality of follow-up to the hundredth lead as to the first, without adding to your team's workload.
What Marketing Automation & Lead Nurture involves
Most leads are not ready to buy on the day they enquire. Some need a week, some need six months, and many are simply forgotten once the first reply goes out. Marketing automation closes that gap. When someone downloads a guide, requests a quote, or goes quiet after a proposal, a planned sequence of emails, messages, and sales tasks starts on its own and keeps the conversation moving.
We build these systems inside the platform you already use, or help you pick one. The work covers journey mapping, trigger and branch logic, the content of each message, lead scoring rules, and the handoff to sales when a prospect shows buying intent. Everything is documented in a workflow map, so your team can see what fires, when, and why, and can change it later without breaking something else.
Deliverables you can point to
Buyer journey map
A documented map of stages from first touch to repeat customer, with the questions, objections, and content needed at each stage.
Platform setup
Configuration of your automation platform, including tracking script, sending domain authentication, contact properties, lists, user permissions, and connection to your website forms.
Lead nurture sequences
Multi-step email sequences for new enquiries, content downloads, stalled quotes, and long-term prospects, with branching based on opens, clicks, and page visits.
Lead scoring model
Scoring rules that combine fit data such as company size and role with behavior such as pricing page visits, plus score decay over time.
Sales handoff rules
Triggers that create CRM tasks, assign owners, and notify sales by email or chat when a lead crosses the agreed score threshold.
Lifecycle stage automation
Rules that move contacts between subscriber, lead, qualified lead, opportunity, and customer stages, so reports reflect where people really are.
Re-engagement workflows
Sequences that try to win back inactive contacts, then suppress those who stay silent to protect deliverability and keep your database accurate.
Workflow documentation
A visual map and written notes for every automation, covering trigger, conditions, content, exit criteria, and owner, stored where your team can find it.
How the work runs
Map the journey
We interview sales and marketing, review past deals, and chart how leads currently move from enquiry to customer, noting where follow-up is slow, manual, or missing.
Design the logic
Each workflow is drawn out before it is built: entry trigger, delays, branches, goals, and exits. You approve the flowcharts and the scoring criteria first.
Write the content
We write every email, SMS, and internal notification in the sequence, matched to the lead's stage and the question they are most likely asking at that point.
Build and test
Workflows are built in your platform and tested with seed contacts through every branch, checking timing, personalization fields, suppression rules, and CRM updates.
Monitor and tune
After launch we track conversion between stages, sequence engagement, and sales feedback on lead quality, then adjust scoring thresholds, timing, and messages accordingly.

Marketing Automation & Lead Nurture FAQ
What is the difference between email marketing and marketing automation?
Email marketing is mostly about sending campaigns and lifecycle flows to a list. Marketing automation is broader. It uses behavior and CRM data to trigger sequences, score leads, change lifecycle stages, create sales tasks, and route contacts between teams. Email is usually the main channel inside it, but the value is in the logic that decides who gets what and when.
Which automation platforms do you support?
We build in HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, Brevo, Mailchimp, Zoho, and GoHighLevel, among others. The right choice depends on your CRM, your sales process, and how complex your branching needs to be. If you have not chosen a platform, we compare two or three options against your requirements before anything is purchased.
How does lead scoring work?
Each lead earns points for who they are and what they do. Fit points come from details like industry, role, or location. Behavior points come from actions such as visiting the pricing page, opening several emails, or requesting a demo. Points decay if activity stops. When a lead passes an agreed threshold, sales is notified. We review the model with your sales team regularly.
Will automated messages feel robotic?
They should not. We write sequences in a natural voice, send them from a named person, and use branching so people only receive messages that match what they did. Replies go to a real inbox. We also set limits so a contact is never inside several sequences at once, which is the usual reason automation feels like spam.
How much does marketing automation cost?
Pricing starts at $1,000 /month. Pricing is scoped per project through a custom proposal. It depends on the number of workflows, how much content needs writing, whether lead scoring and CRM integration are included, and the state of your current data. Platform subscription fees are separate and paid to the vendor. Send us a message on WhatsApp or email describing your sales process and we will scope it.
