Google Shopping Ads
We fix your product feed, structure Shopping and Performance Max campaigns around margin, and manage bids so your best products get the budget they deserve.
Where this fits in the funnel
More eligible products
Fixing disapprovals, missing identifiers, price mismatches, and policy warnings puts more of your catalog into the auction and keeps it showing consistently.
Budget follows margin
Custom labels and product segmentation let us bid harder on profitable, in-stock products and hold back spend on items that get clicks but rarely sell.
Better search matching
Titles and attributes written around how shoppers actually search help Google match your products to relevant queries rather than loosely related ones.
What Google Shopping Ads involves
Shopping ads show your product image, price, and store name above the search results, so shoppers compare before they click. There are no keywords to bid on. Google decides which searches your products match based on the data in your Merchant Center feed. That makes the feed the most important part of the work. Weak titles, missing identifiers, and disapproved items quietly limit how often you appear.
We manage both sides: the feed and the campaigns. On the feed, we rewrite titles, fill attributes, fix disapprovals, and add custom labels for margin, price band, and seasonality. On the campaigns, we structure Standard Shopping and Performance Max so budget follows products that sell profitably. Your Merchant Center and Google Ads accounts stay under your ownership, with us added as users you can remove at any time.
Deliverables you can point to
Merchant Center audit
We review account diagnostics, item disapprovals, shipping and tax settings, return policies, and feed freshness, then fix the issues that block or limit products.
Feed optimization
We rewrite product titles with brand, product type, and key attributes first, and complete descriptions, GTIN, MPN, Google product category, color, size, and material fields.
Feed rules and supplements
We use Merchant Center feed rules and supplemental feeds to correct data at scale without changing your store, including title changes, label assignment, and attribute fills.
Custom label strategy
We tag products by margin, price band, best-seller status, seasonality, and clearance using custom labels, so campaigns can be split and bid on business logic.
Standard Shopping campaigns
We build campaigns with product group subdivisions, campaign priorities, and negative keywords to steer generic, brand, and product-specific searches to the right bids.
Performance Max for retail
We set up feed-based Performance Max with asset groups by category, listing group filters, audience signals, and brand exclusions where needed, and monitor its insight reports.
Purchase tracking with values
We verify purchase conversion tracking passes accurate revenue, currency, and transaction IDs, set up enhanced conversions, and check numbers against your store's order data.
Product-level reporting
We report on spend, revenue, and return on ad spend by product, category, and custom label, flagging items to push, reprice, fix, or exclude.
How the work runs
Feed and account audit
We review Merchant Center diagnostics, feed quality, campaign structure, and conversion tracking. You receive a prioritized list covering disapprovals, data gaps, and structural issues that limit performance.
Fix the feed
We correct disapprovals, rewrite titles, complete missing attributes, and set up feed rules, supplemental feeds, and custom labels. Feed updates are scheduled so price and stock stay accurate.
Structure campaigns
We build Standard Shopping and Performance Max campaigns segmented by category, margin, or performance tier, with budgets and return on ad spend targets set for each segment.
Manage and refine
Weekly, we review search terms, product performance, and bids. We add negatives in Standard Shopping, exclude persistent non-sellers, adjust ROAS targets, and watch for new disapprovals.
Report and scale
Monthly, we report revenue and return by product segment and recommend next moves, such as new categories, merchant promotions, free listing improvements, or selling into additional countries.

Google Shopping Ads FAQ
How much does Shopping ads management cost?
Pricing starts at $750 /month. Pricing is scoped per project via a custom proposal. The main factors are catalog size, how much feed work is needed, the number of countries you sell to, and whether we manage Standard Shopping, Performance Max, or both. Ad spend is paid by you directly to Google. We review your feed and account before quoting so the proposal reflects the actual workload.
Do we keep ownership of Merchant Center and Google Ads?
Yes. Both accounts belong to your business. We are added as users on Merchant Center and linked through a manager account on Google Ads, and you can remove that access whenever you wish. Feed rules, supplemental feeds, campaigns, and conversion history all remain in your accounts. If the accounts do not exist yet, we set them up in your name.
Standard Shopping or Performance Max?
Each has a place. Standard Shopping gives control over search terms through negatives and campaign priorities, and shows exactly where spend goes. Performance Max reaches more Google inventory and leans on automation, which works well with good conversion data. Many stores run both: Performance Max for proven products and Standard Shopping for segments that need tighter control. We decide based on your data, not on a template.
Why are my products disapproved?
Common causes include price or availability that does not match the landing page, missing or invalid GTINs, image problems such as overlays or watermarks, missing shipping or return information, and policy restrictions on certain product types. We work through Merchant Center diagnostics item by item, fix the feed or the site data, and request reviews where an account-level issue needs Google's attention.
Can you work with our ecommerce platform?
In most cases, yes. Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Magento, and custom stores can all produce a product feed through a native integration, an app, or a scheduled file. Where the platform's feed is limited, we use supplemental feeds and feed rules in Merchant Center to improve the data without changing your store. We confirm the approach during the audit.
