Plans differ in how much support time is included, how often backups and checks run, and the agreed response window. How much does website maintenance cost?
Pricing starts at $250 /month. Pricing is scoped through a custom proposal after a short audit. It depends on the platform, the number of plugins and integrations, whether the site takes payments, and how many support hours you want each month. Hosting, licenses, and domain renewals are separate third-party costs, paid directly to those providers, and we list them so the full picture is clear.
Do you maintain sites you did not build?
Yes. We start with an audit to understand how the site was built and what condition it is in. Sometimes we need to fix underlying issues first, such as an abandoned theme or missing backups, before routine maintenance makes sense. We explain what we find and what it would take before you commit to a plan.
What happens if my site goes down?
Our monitoring alerts us, and we start by identifying whether the cause is hosting, DNS, an expired certificate, a bad update, or an attack. We work with your host where needed and restore from backup if that is the fastest safe route. We keep you informed throughout. We cannot promise zero downtime, since hosting and third parties are outside our control.
Can you handle hosting as well?
We can recommend and set up suitable hosting, and migrate your site to it, but the hosting account stays in your name so you always keep ownership and access. If your current host is reliable, we are happy to work with it. If it is causing slow speeds or repeated outages, we will show you the evidence and suggest alternatives.
