Google Ads Management
Google Ads campaigns built on tight keyword structure, accurate conversion data, and bid strategies matched to your volume, all inside an account you own.
Where this fits in the funnel
Higher quality traffic
Tight keyword themes, deliberate match types, and active negative keyword lists keep your ads on searches with buying intent and off queries that only burn budget.
Bidding that learns correctly
Accurate conversion actions and values give Smart Bidding the right signal, so Target CPA and Target ROAS strategies optimize toward real leads and sales.
Clear view of performance
You see which campaigns, keywords, and ads produce conversions and at what cost, with reporting that separates brand searches from new-customer demand.
What Google Ads Management involves
Google Ads reaches people at the moment they search for what you sell. That intent is valuable, and the auction prices it accordingly. Accounts that perform well are rarely the ones with the largest budgets. They are the ones with clear structure, relevant ads, controlled match types, and conversion data that Google's bidding systems can learn from. We build and manage accounts to that standard.
Our work covers Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, and YouTube campaigns, along with the tracking that sits underneath them. We review search terms weekly, keep negative keyword lists current, and test ad copy on a schedule. We treat Google's automated recommendations as suggestions to evaluate, not instructions to apply. The account stays in your name, and you can see every change we make in the change history.
Deliverables you can point to
Search campaign build
We structure campaigns by service and intent, group keywords into tight themes, and separate brand, non-brand, and competitor terms so each has its own budget and bids.
Match type control
We assign exact, phrase, and broad match with intent, pairing broad match only with Smart Bidding and strong negatives, and monitor how each type actually converts.
Negative keyword management
We mine search term reports weekly, add negatives at account, campaign, and ad group level, and maintain shared lists for jobs, free, DIY, and unrelated queries.
Responsive search ads
We write multiple headlines and descriptions per ad group, pin where message control matters, and replace low-rated assets based on asset performance reports.
Performance Max setup
We build asset groups with proper audience signals, apply brand exclusions and negative keywords where suitable, and check placement and search term insight reports for waste.
Conversion tracking
We set up primary and secondary conversion actions, enhanced conversions, call tracking, and consent mode, and remove duplicate or inflated actions that mislead bidding.
Offline conversion import
For lead generation, we connect your CRM so qualified leads and closed deals flow back to Google Ads by click ID, letting bidding favor leads that become revenue.
Assets and audiences
We add sitelinks, callouts, structured snippets, call and location assets, and layer Customer Match, remarketing, and in-market audiences for observation or bid adjustment.
How the work runs
Account review
We audit structure, settings, search terms, conversion actions, and change history, or plan a new account from scratch. You get a written list of issues ranked by how much money they affect.
Tracking first
We fix measurement before touching bids. Tags, GA4 links, enhanced conversions, and call tracking are tested with real submissions so reported conversions match what your team actually receives.
Build and launch
We build campaigns, keywords, negatives, ads, and assets, confirm location and schedule settings, and launch with conservative budgets. You approve ad copy and offers before anything goes live.
Optimize weekly
We review search terms, bids, budgets, ad assets, and auction insights each week. Bid strategies move from Maximize Conversions to Target CPA or Target ROAS once conversion volume supports it.
Review and expand
Monthly, we report results against targets and propose next steps, such as new keyword themes, Performance Max, YouTube, or landing page tests, based on what the data shows.

Google Ads Management FAQ
How much does Google Ads management cost?
Pricing starts at $750 /month. Our fee is scoped per project through a custom proposal, based on the number of campaigns, the campaign types involved, and the tracking work needed. Your ad spend is billed by Google directly to your payment method, not through us. Before starting, we estimate realistic click costs for your keywords so you can judge whether the planned budget makes sense.
Will the Google Ads account belong to us?
Yes. The account is created under your business with your billing, and we connect through a manager account link that you can revoke whenever you choose. We do not run clients inside accounts we own. All keywords, ads, audiences, and conversion history stay with you, which matters because that history helps any future campaign perform.
Should we use Performance Max or Search campaigns?
Often both, with different jobs. Search gives the most control over queries, ad copy, and negatives, so it usually anchors lead generation. Performance Max reaches Search, Shopping, YouTube, Display, Gmail, and Maps from one campaign and tends to suit ecommerce or accounts with solid conversion data. We set it up so it does not simply absorb brand traffic you would have won anyway.
Do you use broad match keywords?
Sometimes. Broad match can find valuable searches that exact and phrase match miss, but only when it is paired with Smart Bidding, accurate conversion tracking, and well-maintained negatives. In a new account or one with little conversion data, we usually start with exact and phrase match, then test broad match in a controlled way and keep it only where it converts at an acceptable cost.
What is offline conversion import and do we need it?
It sends outcomes from your CRM, such as qualified leads or closed sales, back to Google Ads matched to the original click. If your sales happen by phone or after a long sales cycle, it is one of the most useful upgrades available, because bidding then optimizes toward leads that turn into revenue rather than every form submission. We set it up where your CRM supports it.
