Conversion Rate Optimization
We study how visitors actually behave on your site, find where they drop off, and run structured tests to lift conversions without buying more traffic.
Where this fits in the funnel
More leads, same traffic
Improving the pages and forms you already have means more enquiries and orders from the visitors your SEO and ad budget is already bringing in.
Decisions backed by evidence
Design and copy changes are judged by controlled tests and real user behavior, not by whoever has the strongest opinion in the meeting.
Lower cost per acquisition
When a larger share of paid clicks convert, each lead or sale costs less, which gives your ad campaigns more room to scale.
What Conversion Rate Optimization involves
Most visitors leave a website without filling in a form or paying for a cart. Conversion rate optimization is the work of finding out why. We look at your analytics, watch session recordings, read heatmaps, and ask real users what stopped them. That evidence tells us which pages, forms, and steps cost you the most leads or orders, so effort goes where it matters instead of where opinions are loudest.
From there we write test hypotheses, rank them by expected impact and effort, and run A/B tests with a sample size and duration calculated before launch. We do not stop a test early because a number looks good on day three. Winning variations are built into your site permanently, losing ones are documented so nobody repeats them, and every result feeds the next round. The outcome is a site that improves in steps you can verify.
Deliverables you can point to
Conversion audit
A page-by-page review of your funnel in GA4, covering drop-off points, device and browser gaps, slow pages, and form abandonment, with findings ranked by revenue impact.
Heatmaps and scroll maps
Click, move, and scroll maps on key pages to show which elements get attention, which get ignored, and where visitors stop reading.
Session recording review
We watch recordings of real visits, tag recurring friction such as rage clicks, dead clicks, and form errors, and summarize the patterns we find.
User surveys and polls
Short on-page polls and post-purchase surveys that ask visitors what nearly stopped them, written to avoid leading questions and analyzed by theme.
Test hypothesis backlog
A prioritized list of test ideas, each with the evidence behind it, the metric it should move, and an impact and effort score.
A/B test design
Each test gets a written plan with primary metric, minimum detectable effect, required sample size, planned run time, and the segments we will examine afterward.
Variation build and QA
We design and code test variations, then check them across devices, browsers, and consent states before any traffic is split between versions.
Test reports and rollout
A plain-language report for every test covering result, confidence, and segment differences, followed by permanent implementation of winners on your live site.
How the work runs
Measure the baseline
We confirm that conversions are tracked correctly in GA4 and your ad platforms, then record current conversion rates by page, device, and traffic source so later gains can be measured honestly.
Research the friction
Heatmaps, session recordings, funnel reports, form analytics, and user surveys are combined to find where visitors hesitate or leave, and what information or reassurance they were missing.
Prioritize hypotheses
Findings become written hypotheses. We score each one by likely impact, confidence in the evidence, and build effort, then agree a testing roadmap with you for the next quarter.
Run controlled tests
Tests run to a pre-calculated sample size across full weekly cycles. We monitor for tracking faults and sample ratio mismatch, but we do not call results early.
Implement and iterate
Winners are built into the site, results are logged in a shared test archive, and what we learned shapes the next set of hypotheses and page designs.

Conversion Rate Optimization FAQ
How much traffic do we need for A/B testing?
Pricing starts at $1,800 /month. It depends on your current conversion rate and how big a change you want to detect. Before any test we calculate the sample size needed. If a page does not get enough traffic to reach that in a reasonable time, we say so and use other methods instead, such as user testing, session recording analysis, and best-practice fixes measured before and after.
How long does a test run?
Most tests run for at least two full weeks so that weekday and weekend behavior are both included, and longer if the required sample size has not been reached. We set the planned duration before launch and stick to it. Stopping a test the moment it looks like a winner is a common way to end up with a false result.
Which testing tools do you use?
We work with the tool that suits your stack and budget, including VWO, Optimizely, Convert, and platform-native testing on Shopify or landing page builders. For behavior research we commonly use Microsoft Clarity or Hotjar. If you already pay for a tool, we will use it. If not, we recommend one during the audit and set it up for you.
Can you guarantee a higher conversion rate?
No, and you should be cautious of anyone who does. Some tests win, some lose, and some show no difference. What we commit to is a sound process: solid research, properly sized tests, honest reporting, and a steady flow of improvements built on what the data shows. Over time, that process is what moves conversion rates.
How much does conversion rate optimization cost?
Pricing starts at $1,800 /month. Pricing is scoped per project through a custom proposal. The main factors are how many pages or funnels are in scope, how much traffic you have to test with, whether we build variations or your developers do, and what tools are already in place. Message us on WhatsApp or email with your site and goals and we will put a scope together.
