Infographics & Visual Content
We turn your data, processes, and ideas into accurate, well-designed visuals that people can understand at a glance, share easily, and cite as a source.
Where this fits in the funnel
Complex ideas made clear
Processes, comparisons, and data are presented in a visual order that lets a reader get the main point in seconds and the detail if they want it.
Assets worth linking to
Original, well-sourced visuals give journalists, bloggers, and partners a reason to reference your page, supporting your link building and outreach.
Visuals for every channel
Each design is exported as a full infographic, social-sized panels, and slide-ready images, so one piece of research feeds many posts.
What Infographics & Visual Content involves
Some information is hard to take in as paragraphs. A process with six steps, a comparison of four options, or a set of survey results is easier to understand when it is drawn. Infographics and visual content do that work. They help readers grasp a point quickly, make articles more useful, and give other sites and social accounts something worth sharing and linking to.
Every visual starts with the content, not the design. We research the topic, verify the figures, and write the copy and story flow before a designer opens a file. Then we design in your brand style and export versions sized for your blog, social channels, and presentations. AI tools may assist our research and drafting, but every graphic is designed, edited, and fact-checked by a person.
Deliverables you can point to
Topic and data research
We identify a topic with search or sharing potential, gather data from primary and reputable sources, and record every source for citation.
Copy and wireframe
We write the headline, section text, labels, and callouts, and sketch a wireframe showing the story flow for approval before design begins.
Custom illustration and design
A designer builds the infographic with original icons, illustrations, and charts in your brand colors and typefaces, without relying on generic templates.
Data visualization
Charts and graphs chosen to fit the data type, with accurate scales, clear labels, and honest axes, so the visual never distorts the numbers.
Process and comparison diagrams
Flowcharts, timelines, checklists, and side-by-side comparison graphics that explain how your service works or how the available options differ.
Social media visual sets
Carousel panels, quote cards, and single-stat graphics cut from the main design and sized for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Pinterest.
Web-ready delivery
Compressed image files with descriptive file names and alt text, a text version of the content for accessibility and SEO, and an embed code for other sites.
Editable source files
You receive layered source files along with PNG, SVG, and PDF exports, so your team can update figures or reuse elements later.
How the work runs
Choose the story
We agree on the topic, audience, and single main takeaway, and decide whether an infographic, a diagram, a chart series, or a social carousel is the right format.
Research and verify
We collect data and facts from primary sources, confirm each figure, note the citation, and check with your experts where the content draws on your own experience.
Write and wireframe
We write all text and lay out a rough wireframe showing sections and flow, which you approve before design so later changes stay small.
Design and refine
The designer produces the full visual, we proofread every label and number against the sources, and you get revision rounds to adjust style and emphasis.
Export and publish
We export all sizes and formats, publish the graphic on your site with a text version and alt text, and hand over assets for promotion.

Infographics & Visual Content FAQ
Where does the data in an infographic come from?
From you, from primary sources, or both. If you have sales data, survey results, or operational figures you are willing to publish, that makes the strongest original content. Otherwise we use government, academic, and reputable industry sources, and cite each one on the graphic. We do not use figures we cannot trace to a source.
Are infographics still useful for SEO?
They can be, when they present something useful and original. A good visual can earn links and shares, keep readers engaged with an article, and appear in image search. A generic infographic with recycled facts does little. We always publish a text version alongside the image, because search engines cannot reliably read text inside a picture.
Do you use AI image generators?
AI tools may assist our research and drafting, such as summarizing sources or suggesting layout ideas. The finished graphics are designed by a person, using original or properly licensed elements, because data visuals need precise labels, correct numbers, and consistent branding. Every figure and statement is fact-checked by a human before delivery.
How much does infographic design cost?
Pricing starts at $750 per infographic. Pricing is scoped per project via a custom proposal. It depends on how much research is needed, the length and complexity of the design, the amount of custom illustration, and how many sizes and formats you want. Tell us the topic and where you plan to use it by WhatsApp or email and we will scope it.
Can you match our brand guidelines?
Yes. Send us your logo files, color palette, typefaces, and any existing design examples, and we will work within them. If you do not have formal guidelines, we take cues from your website and define a simple visual style for the series, so every graphic we produce afterward looks like part of the same set.
